The design suffered from alignment and information flow issues, with an unharmonious color combination and an overemphasis on icons over text.

Deep Research
We conducted 6 hours of deep research to understand the client's expectations and needs.
Studied how logistic companies work.
Inspiration
We drew inspiration from companies like Stord, Omni Channel, and Holographs, and design inspiration from Metadrop.
Wireframing
After receiving the content, we started creating wireframes and developed design guidelines.
Focused on pixels, icons, color palette, typography, and shape refinement.
Developed a presentation map for a clear project vision.
Crafted over 60+ slides within a month, followed by iterative enhancements.
Created slides in sets of four, seeking approval after each set to ensure top-quality delivery.
Solutions and Meetings/Back and Forth:
There were numerous meetings and discussions to choose the best approach.
We decided to create a clean, minimal, and eye-catching sales deck, choosing the colors grey and white and very minimal use of red.
Final Slides
Finalized 21 slides out of the initial 63.
Completed the entire process, including iterations and revisions, within 1.5 months to achieve the optimal sales deck
Research Work
Stord's holographs required 10 hours of research to understand the complexity of the logistics business, particularly the supply chain.
Challenges
The complexity of their business is too high.
They asked to use red color minimally, even though it's their primary color representing threat.
We created over 100+ slides for variation, resulting in 22 final slides for the deck.
Results
After 2 or 3 months, we reached out to them to inquire about the results, and they informed us that:
There was an increase in sales by 125% from the sales deck.
The number of clients closed from the previous sales deck in a month was 20.
The number of clients closed from the sales deck designed by us in a month was 45+ for the first month itself.
CONCLUSION
After successfully collaborating with a company like Stockarea, we have expanded our reach within the logistics industry, securing clients such as Holografs.
We have gained valuable insights into their needs and how our services can address them effectively. Additionally, we are currently in discussions with several other clients who share similar requirements.
