Cancellation Policy:

• Events, Products, Newsletter, Consultation Fee, and Others: You may cancel your order or project at any time before it has started or been delivered. Once the project has started or been delivered, no cancellations will be allowed.

Refund Policy:

• Events, Products, Newsletter, Consultation Fee, and Others: If the event or service is canceled by Creating Space or if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund.

• Projects: If you cancel a project before it has started, you will be entitled to a full refund of the 50% advance payment. Once the project has started or been completed, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Process:

• To request a refund, please contact us at hello@creatingspace.studio with your order details.

• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 days of receiving your request.

Please note:

• Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

• Any applicable taxes or fees paid will be included in the refund amount.

• Refunds are subject to the judicial laws of India.

• We reserve the right to update or change our cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
